Inlets: Bright Orange Air
74/100
Here is a lovely single from Brooklyn (by way of Wisconsin) singer songwriter Sebastian Krueger who plays under the nom de guerre Inlets. It’s a charming piece of baroque, chamber pop, with Krueger’s clear (albeit conventional) voice gently nudging the song along in a hushed tone, while velvety clarinet and lush guitars fill out the background nicely. Fans of British cult faves Tindersticks might find a lot to love here – though Stuart Staples’ baritone is much more memorable. Inlets full length LP Inter Arbiter will be out on April 20th, and will host such luminary guests as Zach Condon and Angel Deradoorian, which alone makes it worth checking out.

First-Class, thanks for sharing this info. Looks great on my iPhone, but on the Blackberry Pearl’s browser your site comes out a little weird.
