Gold Panda: Before We Talked
OK, so HEALTH totally destroyed on Tuesday night at the 7th St. Entry. But do you know who else I was pleasantly surprised by? British electronic knob twiddler Gold Panda. Utilizing mostly laptop generated beats, but also throwing in on odd assortment of other effects (I am not technical enough to recognize most of the various electronic apparatuses he used) Panda crafted an upbeat, intricately composed dance pop that had the crowd on its toes throughout his whole set.
