Smith Westerns “All Die Young”
SmithWesterns made some waves with their debut record on the Chicago label HoZac Records, but I think it is safe to say that their sophomorealbum Dye It Blonde, out on Jan 18th on Fat Possum, is going to win them a considerable bigger audience. The first single from the record, the Bolan/Bowie/Mott the Hoople like “All Die Young,” is a great representation of the bands glam-pop sound, which is even more fleshed out on their second album.
