Rest comfortably longtime fans of fuzz pop girl group Dum Dum Girls. The title track of their new He Gets Me High12″ is all that has become expected from the group. The instruments are rough and ragged, with some sexy/sultry vocals mellowing out the garage rock chaos unfolding behind them. Dum Dum Girls were one of the first groups to make waves a few years back in this genre and prove with “He Gets Me High” that they still have some gas left in the tank. The record drops March 1st on Sub Pop.
