Our friend Jon Jon pointed us in the direction of the soulful, funky “Get Proud” from local hip hop group A.R.M’s upcoming Uprising LP, which apparently will also be their last album. The song features the smooth production and conscious lyrics that made their debut EP so good when it dropped last year. It is disappointing that this will be the end of the project, but from the sound of “Get Proud,” they will go out with a bang.

Tony Horton, the exercise instructor best known for the popular P90X home fitness program, will be part of the 2010 Biscayne Bay Recreation Expo Wednesday, Sept. 1.
