Black Lips “New Direction” & “Modern Art”
Lots of people, myself included, were worried when the Black Lips hooked up with Mark Ronson to produce their new album. With the first two songs released from the album, which are below, I can’t say I am completely swayed one way or the other. The tracks still feature the groups bratty punk songwriting but are accompanied by a little sharper production. Look for a Reviler review of Arabia Mountin
