New Flaming Lips songs feat. Neon Indian and Prefuse 73
The Flaming Lips have never been afraid to branch out, with proof in two forms in recent months. The band has done limited edition runs of records with both electronic youngster Neon Indian and scene vets Prefuse 73, both of which you can sample below. Unfortunately for anyone just hearing about them now, they were limited edition runs of both, so if you are planning on buying one, you better start looking for change in the couch cushions, because the only place you’ll find these suckers is on Ebay. No word on the next official Flaming Lips LP, but between these records and their tour playing The Soft Bulletin in its entirety, the band clearly are not lacking for things to do.
