The War on Drugs “Come to the City”
The War on Drugs are doing a good job getting people excited about their forthcoming LP Slave Ambient, first with the fuzzy classic rock of “Baby Missiles” and now with the intense, brooding “Come to the City,” which serves as a lynch pin for the record. The whole LP, which drops in August, is very solid and I think it will be the album that helps give this band the break that they very much deserve.
