Jacuzzi Boys “Cool Vapors”
While I generally like my garage rock a little more scuzzy, I can appreciate the pop spittle that Jacuzzi Boys use to jazz up their three chord rawk on their new LP Glazin’, which drops tomorrow on Hardy Art. As you can hear on the track “Cool Vapors” below, the group play buoyant, fuzzy pop music with the vigor and energy of a band who live in the hustle and bustle of Miami, FL. The songs are more Wavvves or Soft Pack than Ty Segall or Jay Reatard, for whatever that is worth to you.
