Tender Meat Announces New Tape!
Local electronic weirdos Jon Coe and Andy Fritz (together known as Tender Meat) recently announced a brand new tape via Soothing Almonds Collective. Ripper’s World marks the band’s (possible) first foray into the world of studio recording (I have to qualify that because they have some tapes I don’t know about). Their last tape, Ritz on the Fritz, was an amazing live recording from their intense performance at the Heliotrope Festival. Judging by the fact that their live recording was one of my favorite albums of 2010, I can only imagine that the studio stuff must be equally, if not more, mind-blowing.
