Brother Ali: “Shine On (Feat. Nikki Jean)”
We just posted Brother Ali’s new video for his single “Shine On” the other day, and now Rhymesayers has the song available to stream via their bandcamp. While Brother Ali still has a forthcoming LP due this year, “Shine On” is part of a free EP called The Bite Marked Heart which includes six additional tracks that also feature producers Jake One and Ant. You can get the EP for free today via Rhymesayers. If “Shine On” is any indicator, Bite Marked Heart doesn’t sound like much of a departure from Ali’s gospel/R&B infused production style (courtesy of Nikki Jean), which hopefully we’ll hear more of on this year’s full length.
