The Cloak Ox: “Josephine”
The first time I heard The Cloak Ox’s new single “Josephine” on Radio K, for the first few seconds I thought I had stumbled onto some previously unheard Thin Lizzie. I gradually recognized Andrew Broder’s vocals however, and realized with pleasure that the Cloak Ox have finally finished their debut full length record Shoot the Dog. Doubtlessly we’ll be hearing more soon but for now enjoy the infectious energy and classic rock guitar chops of “Josephine.” The record will be out September 17th on TGNP.
