Andrew Broder has done some really cool stuff as a solo artist (including playing our third anniversary show) and as the frontman for the Cloak Ox, but for many people, myself included, he will always be “Andrew Broder of Fog.” The band’s everything-and-the-kitchen-sink mentality was heeled together by its thread with Broder’s rapping and singing, deftly mixing the profound and the absorb into a concoction that was hard to explain but as exciting as anything coming out at the time. Now, Broder is bringing Fog back, but he needs your help to cover the costs. See the video above for a sample of Broder’s vision, this time in the form of a frayed-edge pop song.
