Both the members of Qui moved away from us here over 15 years ago but that doesn’t mean they’ve forgotten. The Los Angeles based duo (formerly a trio with David Yow and formerly formerly a duo) have been putting out a series of 7″s this year and have went to the recently revived Blood Of The Young to put out one of them. While both the members grew up in the 90s AmRep world, the duo has been letting lots of their more prog weirdo leaning influences steer their newer material. “The Grace of A Ballerina” isn’t online yet but in the meantime you can settle for the video for “The Kind Of Jazz This Is” from their 2014 full length Life, Water, Living… to get you ready.
