Introducing: Eustace The Dragon
Eustace the Dragon are a Saint Paul trio consisting of Danny Churchill, Jessica Smith and Amanda Churchill. They make beautiful, low-fi folk melodies that generally consist of harmonized vocals over sparse guitar. Each of their songs comes across as sweetly as a lullaby. The band has a couple EPs out already though they only seem to have been around for a year or two. One is a Christmas EP, which it definitely isn’t the time of year for, but the other is good for any season. I’d encourage checking out both and if you are a fan you can catch Eustace the Dragon this Saturday at the Grounds and Sounds Festival at Groundswell Coffee (St. Paul).
