Father You See Queen return with the chilly, atmospheric electronic pop of “Simone”
Father You See Queen are a dark, adventurous electronic pop duo from Minneapolis who have been on the grind for what seems like years and years. After a long stretch where we haven’t heard from them, they are coming out with a new record on the Blood of the Young label “this winter,” and earlier this fall they released the chilly, atmospheric “Simone” to whet our appetites. Like their past work, it is sparse, pretty and chalk full of tension. An impressive reminder of their talents creating something that is minimal but commanding. We’re looking forward to hearing the whole LP.
