We are big fans of the drone-leaning primitive guitar of local artist Steve Palmer here at Reviler. He played a set last week at the Bryant Lake Bowl opening for Daniel Bachman, and although we couldn’t make it out, he has done us all the favor of releasing a live recording of his set less than a week after it happened (honorary 2015 technology!). Palmer explores his electric guitar via his outstanding fingerpicking and ambient soundscapes over the four song set, which clocks in right around 25 minutes.
