Introducing: Mala Leche
Strolling around the internet the other day, I stumbled into getting sucker-punched four consecutive times. And it felt great! The four punches came courtesy of Twin Cities band Mala Leche and the four furious (and brief) demo tracks they have posted on their bandcamp page. Each song is a controlled explosion of guitar, bass, drums and snarling Spanish lyricism that’s so distorted I am not even certain it’s Spanish. It’s pretty fucking punk. There’s no info on who Mala Leche is or even how many make up the band. Maybe we’ll be able to find that out in the future. For now though feel free to enjoy the tunes below.
