Introducing: “Golden Radio,” a hypnotic, ambient piano ballad from Crystal Myslajek (of Brute Heart)
Crystal Myslajek is best known for her work with Brute Heart, who we here at Reviler miss dearly, but she is now back with a solo project under her given name. Less buoyant than Brute Heart, the song “Golden Radio” is a sparse piano ballad that recalls the haunted work of Grouper, the kind of music that somehow feels incredibly heavy while still feeling weightless. It captures the beauty and sense of wonder that made Brute Heart great, keeping just the skeletal frame of the music.
