While the world slowly eats itself, local pop weirdos Controversial Skinny Pill are marching ahead with their charming, circus-like chamber pop with their latest song “You Forgot My Dog.” The track could soundtrack a tripped-out ferris wheel at an Ariel Pink Amusement Park, with warm melodies slapped back with echo-y vocals and minimal arrangements.
