Watch Sløtface’s Text Message Inspired “Pools” Video (Show Thursday!)
Norway’s Sløtface first caught my attention with their late 2016 track “Bright Lights“, an atmospheric piece of dark rock music led by singer Haley Shea’s strong voice. After a few EPs the band has released their first full length record Try Not To Freak Out this past fall. Tracks like “Pools” burst with youthful energy and a great twist on a 90s grunge inspired pop punk sound. This is the band’s first time in Minnesota so don’t miss your chance!
