Listen to New Ambient Piano CS on Crystal Myslajek’s New CS Cove (Minneapolis Release Show Saturday!)
Minneapolis fans know Crystal Myslajek well from her work with the amazing Brute Heart and more recently with the great sonic explorers IE, but she is branching out with her first solo CS, Cove, which dropped today on Moon Glyph. The six songs are transcendent solo pieces that find plucks of grand piano, ethereal vocals and fuzzy ambiance all melding into what feels like rays of sun shining through cracks of abandoned building. There is hope and expectation in the minimalism. Cove features the ambition of deep meditation while maintaining expansive space for listeners to explore. Listen and buy Cove below.
