Lazear Return With Another Helping of Noisy, Fuzzy Punk on LAZEAR II
Lazear don’t mess with a good thing on their second album, titled LAZEAR II, highlighting their road-worn, noisy, shoegaze-y pop over seven songs that build off their well-received 2018 album (and band members solid track record before this band becoming their latest project). The record, which got released last month, captures their manic, wall-of-fuzz sound while not taking things too seriously, namely on songs like “F Yes” and “Crunchy Peanut Butter” that feature lyrical content true to their titles.
