According to their Bandcamp page, UPRISING is an “artist collective based out of Minneapolis that came together in the midst of the revolution to provide a voice for the people.” For their first song, the stirring “Are You Really Down,” the collective features local heavyweights Lady Midnight, Tufawon, Sophia Eris, Chance York and Ness Nite sharing space and addressing the moment we are in.
