Watch Video from Forthcoming Dosh LP, Tomorrow 1972, and Catch Him Live (Online) TONIGHT!

Minneapolis’ favorite instrumental sonic manipulator, Martin Dosh, is releasing a new album at the end of next month with his usual band of collaborators. Tomorrow 1972, the latest Dosh LP, will drop May 30 on the MAX/MIN music label. You can watch the first single from the record, “If U Strike Me Down,” above with some trippy wanderings in Dosh’s believed south Minneapolis. As always, it is an anthemic mix of gentle melodies and frantic drumming, blending together to something that is more mellow, more cathartic, more serene than you would imagine from the disparate parts. It’s the sound that makes Dosh such a consistent and entertaining artist who we are lucky to have in our scene.

Dosh also has a concert that will be live streamed tonight (Friday, 4/30) if you want to catch his hypnotic beat making live via your computer screen. You can sign up & support the concert HERE.
