Reviler Exclusive: Butter Boys’ “BAE” Music Video
To borrow a vibe from the great Iron Sheik:
FUCK THE KATY PERRY! THE BRUNO MARS IS A JABRONI SONOFABITCH! BUTTER BOYS ARE CHAMPION OF SUMMER!
Minneapolis’s own Butter Boys welcome us to a phantasmagorical peak inside their hivemind with “BAE”, the first video feature from their debut full length After Hours Super Powers (Cell Records, 2021).
“I know what I like,” they sing, lead by frontwoman Kaite Drahos, “and I don’t want to fight; but I’m not always right.”
Imagine that – a love song about responsibility. Mutual respect, and ultimately love, is what Butter Boys are all about (just look at those smiles throughout the video); and I’m personally here for it all.
Please enjoy the “BAE’ video below, and head over to Bandcamp to enjoy the entirety of After Hours Super Powers all summer long (and beyond).
