Kate Malanaphy: “I’ll Never”
We’ve been trying to keep tabs on local songwriter Kate Malanaphy ever since she released her excellent Soak EP several years back. She most recently released the new single “I’ll Never” which had been previously available only as a demo. The fully fleshed out and professionally produced track sounds terrific – a delicate melody that slowly builds into a whirlwind of sound before fading back into a hush.
Malanaphy will release a full length album this April entitled Rock. With work this strong on it, it’s bound to turn some heads when it comes out. Looking forward to hearing what else is in store!
