Greta Ruth: “Holy Omen” / 5/26 Show
The last time we heard from local artist Greta Ruth it was for Sister Wendy, and electronic side project she conceived with her husband Zach Waldon. Ruth recently announced that she’s working on a new album (out sometime this year). You can check out the first available single “Holy Omen” now, a song that finds Ruth ruminating on the “mystery of falling in love” over fingerpicked guitar and quiet piano.
On 5/26 Ruth will perform at the 7th St. Entry as part of Kate Malanaphy”s album release for Rock (details here). Should be an excellent local showcase to check out!
