Song Premiere: Auraglyph “Gutter Passes” (Drops Saturday!)
Today we’re happy to have an advance of the debut single from Auraglyph, the new project from Central New York producer and drummer Carl Wohnsen (Bravo Team, Curtis Rhodes Blues Band). “Gutter Passes” is a piece of dark electronica driven by clattering percussion, echoing snare and distorted stabs of bass. Disembodied voice, horn and bird samples drift in and out of the composition, adding another layer of mystery to the already dark industrial vibes that fill the track. Perfect for fans of Warp Records’ most daring artists, industrial soundscapes, and sonic cut-up architects like DJ Shadow. Zone out and enjoy.
